GRAMPIAN SEXUAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING

Grampian Sexual Health and Wellbeing (GSHAW)

Grampian Sexual Health and Wellbeing (GSHAW) is a community initiative funded by NHS Grampian Charity, dedicated to promoting inclusive health and wellbeing across the region. We work in partnership with local venues—including pubs, clubs, cafés, and educational institutions—to increase access to free condoms, sexual health resources, and reliable information.

Through GSHAW, we aim to:
•Promote safer sex practices and improve condom accessibility
•Raise awareness of PEP/PrEP, STI transmission, and at-home testing
•Challenge stigma and dispel myths around sexual health
•Reduce unintended pregnancies, STIs, and HIV transmission

With the support of NHS Grampian, GSHAW is a vital step toward improving sexual health education and access across our communities. By working together, we can make essential resources more visible and available—meeting people where they are.

Together, we can build a healthier, safer, and more informed Grampian.
