Participants will need to complete their section (how ever long you choose) between 23rd May – 28th May and record your progress. This can either be 30 second video, photos or fitness trackers.
You can record your efforts via tags, videos, comments etc. Send your evidence into us by 1pm on 28th May to be included in the streamed video going live at Grampian Pride on 29th May @ 3pm
Each participant is asked to help us raise as much funds as possible by getting sponsorship through https://justgiving.com/campaign/gvr, you can do this by:
-Setting a personal target
-Posting updates
-Sharing on Social Media
-Sharing our JustGiving page
